About the Company
Our client is an established consultancy looking to grow to the next level and has several offices based in Australia and overseas. They cover a variety of projects from feasibility through project planning, and programming to project management.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive company with a busy pipeline of work that is just about to commence a growth phase with their business. You will be part of a growing team assisting the Director across a variety of sectors from feasibility to life cycle planning to forecasting. About the role(s)

There is a Part-Time opportunity for someone who loves to talk and has the natural ability to build rapport with existing clients and build new relationships. You will be persistent yet friendly and outgoing as your role is to help with tenders, bids, and tracking the whole process.
You will support the tender process, including supporting in proposal development, interpretation of tender requirements, and relevant internal and external compliance.

Duties
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

•Bid tracking, collating, and reviewing following chasing leads
•Understand tender cycles and render invitation
•Ideally familiar with qtender and etender and other tender software
•Communicate effectively and professionally yet be personable
•Representing the business talking with prospective clients every day
•Confident to talk to clients or potentials on the telephone
•Ideally have worked in the industry such as estimating or quantity surveying but not necessary

Skills & Experience
•You will have had ideally some tender experience in the construction industry
•Have a background in Tenders/BID production and tracking tenders, capability statements, expressions of interest, proposals
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•High attention to detail and adaptable and resilient to persist even if there are rejections.
