ABOUT THE COMPANY

An established business with an eye for design and a long-established team is now looking for another team member to help design beautiful residential bespoke homes. Join as an experienced Building Designer and competent Revit Draftsperson with the ability to add value with your design creativity to high-end renovations and new builds. This is not a project home builder.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a competent Building Designer, you will be joining a team of professionals who focus on design, servicing the client and producing designs to renovate existing homes or design new builds for individual clients who desire a beautiful home.

DUTIES

• Work with the designers and listen to the client’s needs and brief
• Produce detailed documentation of existing layout, conceptual design to construction drawings
• Produce interior design details joinery
• Work to local council requirements and building code
• Liaise with external consultants

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Ideally 4 plus years plus experience in residential custom builds
• Proficient in Revit and rendering software
• Applied knowledge of BCA and NCC and local council requirements
• A strong work ethic that involves good written and verbal communication and an eye for design
