About the business:

Established business with a friendly team and Director. Due to an increase in new projects, there is a need a new team member to join this collaborative practice.

About the role:

As a Landscape Architect, you will be assisting in the delivery of projects across a variety of sectors.

You will have excellent communication skills to liaise with clients understand the brief attend site inspections, and assist with concepts through design development to full construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in design development with great attention to detail
• Producing detailed documentation and specifications writing
• Work together on projects from concept to contract administration delivery
• Communicate effectively internally and externally
• Work on projects of various scales that can be large and complex

Key Skills:

• REVIT and AutoCAD proficient and portfolio to demonstrate
• Ideally 3 plus years of industry experience with a portfolio to demonstrate
• Tertiary qualified in Landscape Architecture or similar design-orientated qualification
• Site experience
• Assist and prepare design concepts
• Creative with graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch up)
• Personable and presentable to engage with clients
• A positive attitude with a drive to grow to the next level
• Excellent communication skills to work with the internal team and external clients and consultants
• High level of attention to detail and care factor
• Adaptable and flexible to work with the team to achieve positive outcomes
