About the company and the role:
We are looking for a person who is passionate about Architecture and would love to be part of a practice that produces high-end designs in an award-winning business. You will be working with a company that has multiple offices in Australia and internationally, who work on a variety of projects from commercial to multi-residential, small to large scale. You will be working with this growing team in the position of a 2IC, supporting the coordination and delivery of projects.
Work in a team alongside Senior management and lead projects
•Be responsible for coordination through to project delivery.
•Use ArchiCAD or Revit to document throughout the design stages
Skills & experience required:
•Tertiary qualifications in Architecture
•Hands-on documentation skills, and eye for detail - Must have (BCA, NCC) applied project experience.
•Ideally 5 years post registration experience and a portfolio to demonstrate
•Client briefing, liaison to coordination, and full delivery
•Managing project documentation (specifications, scheduling)
•Solid all-round ability including design, documentation to project handover
•Ideally experienced in mixed-use, multi-residential, commercial projects
