• Work on a variety of scaled, specific projects
• Provide your expertise in full construction set documentation and quality detailing in ArchiCAD
• Deliver as part of a team to project deadlines

Skills & experience required:

• Ideally 5 plus years of project lead experience
• Registered ideally or working towards
• High-rise and Multi-residential project experience
• Proficient in design and documentation in ArchiCAD with a portfolio to demonstrate
• Excellent communication skills to liaise and coordinate with others; internal and external
• Applied knowledge of Building Codes of Australia (BCA) and Australian standards
• A demonstrated portfolio of previous documentation across a range of projects in Australian (BCA) (NCC)
• Ability to prioritise and organise yourself to project deadlines
• Be eligible to work in Australia
• Personality fit is of high importance
