About the role
As a Project Architect, you will be part of a professional design team defining enjoyable spaces that the community would love to spend time in. You will be responsible for managing and running multiple projects from design development stages to construction documentation and contracts administration. Do you have traditional contract and lump sum contract experience?

Skills & Experience Required:

• Tertiary qualified in Architecture/Design or relevant studies
• Ideally a minimum of 3+ years plus POST registration experience
• Energy and drive to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Applied experience leading a team through the design documentation to completion
• Strong knowledge of ABIC contracts and Lump sum contracts
• BCA, NCC applied technical knowledge to projects
• Revit with technical expertise in construction documentation
• Excellent communication skills to liaise internally and externally and be part of a friendly team.
