About the company
Our client is an established Architectural practice based in Brisbane. We are looking for an experienced ArchiCAD Project Leader to join the team. Working in a fast-paced design environment you will be working closely with the Director.

About the role

• Produce quality documentation and construction detailing in ArchiCAD
• Lead the team, work together to complete the project documentation to a high level
• Support the Director in managing the team and delivering projects

Skills & experience required:

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture
• Experience working on retail, multi-residential, high-rise or large industrial complex projects
• Ideally 4 plus years of documenting using ArchiCAD
• Proficient in design and documentation in ArchiCAD with a portfolio to demonstrate
• Excellent communications skills to liaise and coordinate with others; internal and external
• Applied knowledge of Building Codes of Australia (BCA) and Australian standards
• Ability to prioritise and organise and work as a team
• Be eligible to work in Australia, sponsorship is not available
