About the role
As a Senior Landscape Architect with a strong design focus you will create design outcomes and liaise with clients on significant and complex projects. You will be responsible for a design development team where you will manage the team and the design process from being client-facing through the design development and full construction documentation stages.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Tertiary qualified in Landscape Architecture/Design or relevant studies
  • Ideally a minimum of 7 years plus post registration experience
  • Ideally be a Registered Landscape Architect with AILA, or eligible to become registered
  • Design orientated and solution focused to identify design challenges
  • Ability to receive a client brief and experience in preparing fee proposals
  • Project management experience to liaise with clients, supervise, mentor or lead, and coordinate team
  • Proficient in coordinating and packaging project documentation
  • Contracts administration and site experience (variations, RFI, changes)
  • Ideally proficient in Revit, AutoCAD a must-have
  • Planting knowledge
  • Excellent communications skills to liaise internally and with external sub-consultants.
