Our client is a specialist in Town Planning consultancy working across various sectors small projects to large iconic. DUTIES:

• Attend town planning meetings to understand client requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and review development opportunities.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on achieving the best outcome by pushing the boundaries.
• Prepare written reports/development applications in accordance with Queensland planning legislation, policies, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with consultants and relevant consultants documents.
• Draft responses to requests for further information.
• Maintain relationships with clients, and government agencies.
• Work autonomously when required on your own projects.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s Degree in Town Planning
• Experienced as a Town planner in Queensland with ideally 3 plus years
• Knowledge and proficiency in Queensland planning legislation, policies, and guidelines.
• Excellent report writing skills, ability to articulate well verbally and in writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in negotiate and work in collaboration with developers, local councils, and statutory authorities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
